New Grad, Entry LevelGeneral Plastics & Composites LP is seeking a Material Tech for their night shift operations. The role involves performing the resin infusion process, assembling chambers, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities
Perform the resin infusion process
Assemble chambers
Perform vacuum leak checks
Read and monitor vacuum gages
Use of temperature probe/infrared temperature guns
Use of overhead crane
Operate ice blasting machine
Load oven
Remove parts and resin from chambers
Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment
Sweep and mop as needed
Maintain 5S standards
Clean and replace temporary floor as needed
Follow all work procedures for the area
Comply with all safety and company policies
Qualification
Required
No experience required
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Read and speak English
Must be able to lift 45lbs
Must be able to wear all required PPE
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions
Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials
Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies
