Responsibilities

Inspect and review projects during construction to monitor conformance with plans, specifications, and other codes and regulations during construction
Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field construction
Inspecting construction work, tracking daily quantities, drafting daily quality reports, and monitoring field tests
Must be proficient with performing periodic audits of the contractor’s quality control personnel and procedures
Must interact with the contractor’s quality control team to obtain project documentation

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Five (5) years of experience in Landside, Vertical, and Facilities construction inspection
Ability to read plans and specifications
Ability to use Bluebeam, Procore and other relevant tools
Excellent verbal and written communications
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner with client representatives and contractor personnel
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction or equivalent preferred
ACI, ICC, ACT, NICET or relevant Certification
