Responsibilities

Executes a total of (4) six-month assignment plan in accordance with departmental manager’s expectations. Solicits support and technical direction from Site Coordinator, Mentor and/or peers as appropriate

Provides periodic report-outs to Executive Management team, including results achieved, impact to business and lessons learned

Supports continuous improvement efforts of the site, including the completion of Lean/Six Sigma training as required by business

Periodically attends training based on assignment plan requirements and/or soft-skill development needs

Required

BS Degree (or regional equivalent) in Engineering discipline

0-2 years (internship/Co-Op) related Engineer experience desired

Basic understanding of Engineering practices, design methods & calculations

Ability to read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information & suggest design/process changes to ensure simple, functional & cost-effective results

Strong learning agility and communication skills required
