Responsibilities
Service and repair components such as brake bleeds, bearing installation, suspension overhauls, truing wheels, tubeless tire installation, derailleur tuning/adjustment, and final quality control check
Diagnose and resolve issues within fleet bikes and for guest bikes
Effectively communicate repair details to guests and other mechanics as needed
Communicates with management for any parts needed for stock or specific bike repairs
Maintain a clean and safe workplace, follow policies and procedures, and work as a team with staff
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 2 years' experience in mountain bike service (suspension servicing, brake bleeds etc.)
Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift/carry 50lbs
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for Downhill Mountain Biking
Provide exceptional guest service at all times
Work well under pressure
Follow strict policies and procedures
Help foster a safe work environment
Provide excellent customer service
