Off-The-Road Regional Sales Manager

Colony Tire Corporation is seeking a full-time Off-The-Road Regional Sales Manager to enhance their Off-The-Road tire business. This role involves identifying new customers, supporting existing accounts, training sales personnel, and exploring new technologies to strengthen market position.

Retail

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new OTR customer accounts and grow existing relationships
Conduct tire performance tracking and reporting to provide actionable insights for customers and internal teams
Lead, mentor, and train sales team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that enhance tire performance, tracking, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Director of OTR and cross-functional teams to achieve regional sales goals and support company objectives
Represent Colony Tire at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed

Required

Proven sales experience in the OTR tire, commercial tire, or related heavy equipment industry required
Strong track record of building customer relationships and delivering sales growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret data to drive decision-making
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage time effectively in a regional role
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally

Preferred

Experience training, coaching, or mentoring sales staff preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tire tracking/reporting technology is a plus
