New Grad, Entry LevelBaptist Health is seeking a CT Technologist. This role is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure, as well as managing patient flow and supporting departmental operations.

Responsibilities
Performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
Gathering patient histories, verifying identification and exam orders, and preparing accurate records to support diagnostic review by the Radiologist
Following department protocols, monitoring patients during exams, using appropriate radiation protection, and assisting the Radiologist as needed
Performing quality assurance checks on imaging to ensure diagnostic accuracy and maintaining equipment functionality through regular quality control tasks
Ordering and restocking supplies and reporting equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel
Managing patient flow to ensure efficient departmental operations in the absence of the Team Leader
Qualification
Required
Graduate of accredited school of Radiology Technology
Active KBMIRT required at time of hire
ARRT or NMTCB with CT certification required
CT Registry is required. Registry eligible candidates are required to obtain CT certification within one year of employment. When in house training occurs, employee has 16 weeks of training before their one-year period begins where they have to obtain CT certification
Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire
