Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects within the Energy business
Oversee the execution of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and energy efficiency solutions for C&I and Utility customers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
Build operational excellence and manage cross-functional teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and scale delivery capabilities as demand for DER and efficiency solutions continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and driven
Experience in leading the successful delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects
Ability to oversee the execution of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and energy efficiency solutions
Experience ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
Ability to build operational excellence
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience scaling delivery capabilities as demand for DER and efficiency solutions continues to grow
