Responsibilities
Provide onboarding support to schools and districts implementing IXL LevelUp Diagnostic
Help administrators and teachers understand IXL assessment data and make data-driven decisions that drive student growth
Deliver high-quality professional development sessions focused on assessment to customers to drive engagement and IXL usage
Travel to deliver in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – 30-50% possible travel
Facilitate regional webinars on assessment that address the unique initiatives of each region
Participate in creating and refining assessment resources and professional development offerings
Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
Must have 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; department- or school-level leadership background a plus
Strong interest in assessments and data
An analytical mindset with the ability to make assessment data clear and actionable for educators
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Educational professional development experience preferred
