Responsibilities
Time Study execution
Partnering with data analyst to understand volumes and source data
Networking with business partners to calculate and verify time spent on order processing and exception handling
Submitting ideas for continuous improvements given overviews of the business processes and limited visibility to processing systems
Gathering efficiencies with phone systems and Interactive Voice Response
Continuous improvement recommendations for KANA system
Data analytics and reporting
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in college or university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related major
Must be enrolled in school the semester directly following the internship
Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Preferred
Exposure to SAP ERP and/ or JDA planning system
Critical thinker: ability to assess and solve problems independently with minimal guidance
Proactive and results-driven mindset; self-starter
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in basic business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
