Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close, for Sage Intacct ERP solutions
Identify, target, and engage organizations across multiple industries—with a strong emphasis on Construction, Senior Living, Healthcare, Financial Services Education, Nonprofit sectors
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, operational requirements, and financial objectives
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight how Sage Intacct addresses specific business challenges
Develop compelling proposals, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies to support the customer decision process
Accurately manage and forecast pipeline opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance teams, and other key stakeholders
Partner with marketing and BDR teams to drive outbound campaigns and generate qualified pipeline
Stay current on Sage Intacct product updates, competitive offerings, and industry trends to position solutions effectively
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Required

3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or financial applications
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to identify pain points and align technology solutions to business needs
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and people skills
Presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Experience working with pre-sales engineers and implementation teams to shape solution strategies
Ability to travel throughout North America as needed
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals is highly preferred: Construction (project accounting, job costing, WIP), Senior Living/Healthcare (multi-entity consolidation, audit reporting), Education (fund/grant tracking, budgeting), Nonprofit (dimensional reporting, fund accounting, compliance)
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other mid-market ERP platforms is a plus
