Responsibilities

Assist and coordinate the activities of specific construction trades to help achieve and meet schedule deadlines and jobsite specifications

Support the onsite superintendent in guiding and directing all onsite crews and internal project teams

Manage safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and quality control responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project support

Required

Experience in commercial general contracting, construction management, or design-build firms

Ability to assist and coordinate the activities of specific construction trades

Knowledge in safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, logistics, and quality control responsibilities

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project support
