Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of I&E project scopes including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Serve as the primary field-based point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate between multiple trade disciplines
Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets; identify risks and implement corrective actions
Track material usage, equipment readiness, and labor productivity
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, electrical codes, and client requirements
Review and approve RFIs, submittals, and change orders in coordination with the project team
Lead weekly project meetings with clients and field staff; communicate progress and resolve issues
Mentor and support field supervisors, ensuring alignment between office planning and field execution
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience in electrical, utility, or I&E construction
Proven experience managing electrical scopes for large-scale facilities such as data centers, industrial plants, or energy infrastructure
Strong understanding of switchgear, conduit, cabling, and controls
Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel and remain on-site in Colorado City, TX for extended durations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
PMP certification
OSHA-30, First Aid/CPR, and familiarity with NFPA 70E requirements
