Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities
Own the site merchandising strategy, ensuring category pages, navigation, and product placement maximize engagement and conversion
Plan and execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and promotional events on the site
Partner with merchandising teams to localize assortment and ensure accurate product presentation
Optimize on-site search, taxonomy, and product categorization for a seamless customer experience
Monitor site performance metrics (conversion, bounce rate, click-through) and implement improvements
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align site content with campaigns and brand storytelling
Lead and mentor your team to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in E-commerce site merchandising, digital merchandising, or related roles (apparel preferred)
Strong understanding of UX principles, site navigation, and conversion optimization
Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
