Logistics Senior System Engineer

The Logistics Senior System Engineer will play a key role in the Life Cycle Engineering team, focusing on logistics supportability analysis and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure product reliability and availability.

Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining supportability analyses and provisioning data
Collaboration with cross-product teams including Chief Engineers, Program Directors and Program Managers
Applying advanced logistics principles to develop complex program level concepts and plans
Providing support for proposal development and BOE writing
Qualification
Required
Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of relevant logistics, engineering, program or project management experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
Experience with data collection and/or analysis
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Experience with various areas of the Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, and electrical schematics) and experience generating/interpreting Parts List
Experience in understanding a generation breakdown
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
Spares Analysis and Spares List Development (Poisson Based Statistical Analysis, OPUS Suite, or similar analysis software experience)
Supply chain familiarity
Experience working in a project management environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Spares Analysis and Spares List Development
Experience in performing Statistical Analysis/Probability Models
Experience in Poisson Based Statistical Analysis
Familiarity with Weibull distribution model
Experience with Monte Carlo simulations
Experience using OPUS Suite or similar analysis software
