Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality systems and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and drive a culture of excellence

Conduct audits and analyze quality performance data, implementing corrective actions when necessary

Provide technical support and training on food safety practices, quality standards, and best practices across teams

Required

At least 4 years of experience in food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, ISO, SQF)

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements

Ability to engage with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality excellence

Detail-oriented and proactive thinker, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

At minimum a Bachelor Degree in Food and or Animal Science or other applicable degrees
