Wizehire is a personal injury firm dedicated to client care and justice. They are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal - Case Manager to manage case files, assist attorneys, and maintain communication with clients and insurance adjusters throughout the pre-suit process.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the pre-suit process
Obtain, track, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information from healthcare providers and facilities
Draft and send requests for incident reports, 911 calls, body cam footage, and other government/public records relevant to case development
Assist attorneys with drafting demand letters, including compiling medical summaries, damages documentation, and supporting exhibits
Correspond with insurance adjusters regarding claims, policy limits, demands, and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met
Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and litigation staff to ensure a seamless transition if a case proceeds to litigation

Required

Talented verbal communicator and writer
Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
Must have 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer, preferably in a personal injury law firm
