Responsibilities

Contribute to research, data collection, and collation for studies and assessments

Compile data and prepare inputs for reports, technical documents, and operational summaries

Perform assessments and basic analysis to identify opportunities to improve system efficiency

Assist in planning studies on organizational processes, information flow, production methods, or cost analysis

Support the development of user requirements and system specifications under senior direction

Assist with the preparation of configuration management plans, life cycle documentation, and logistics support plans

Help draft manuals, specifications, and user documentation for clients and end-users

Work independently on well-defined tasks with some review and rework by senior team members as needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
