Responsibilities
Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint cycles for a team focused on developing technology solutions for a global real estate portfolio
Work to remove any impediments that hinder the development team's progress, helping to deliver cutting-edge solutions for tenants, residents, and stakeholders
Utilize tools such as JIRA and Monday to manage workflows and projects
Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, ensuring the team is responsive to the dynamic real estate market
Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and best practices while building technology that enhances the 'live, work, and play' experience
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Monday
New York or New Jersey-based - this is a Hybrid role (4x week) at the office in NYC
