Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead a team in designing scalable data solutions. The role involves collaborating with global teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, while also managing and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders across the Americas, Asia, and Europe to understand objectives in sales, operations, and supply chain

Translate global business needs into technical requirements and data models that align with enterprise data strategies

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business side of data—ensuring outputs are directly tied to operational and financial impact

Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions that leverage enterprise data lakes (Databricks, AWS, etc.)

Provide clear, compelling data visualizations and dashboards that support decision-making at the executive level

Establish global standards and best practices for BI development, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across regions

Manage and mentor BI developers and analysts, fostering growth in both technical and business acumen

Act as a thought partner and coach—helping junior members strengthen their ability to frame problems, think critically, and communicate insights

Collaborate closely with Data Architects and Data Scientists, ensuring alignment across the analytics ecosystem

Contribute directly to complex data modeling, SQL optimization, and visualization work when necessary

Guide the integration of BI solutions into business workflows, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes

Champion data literacy across the organization, helping global stakeholders interpret and act on insights

Required

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

7–10 years of experience in data & analytics, ideally with training at a Top 5 consultancy and deep exposure to retail and manufacturing supply chain operations

Ability to collaborate across regions, particularly in Asia (Taiwan) and Europe

Experience in guiding a small team of BI developers and analysts

Experience collaborating hands-on with Data & Analytics Architects and Data Scientists

Experience in designing scalable solutions in modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative social science (e.g. Economics) required

7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, &/or Data Engineering, with significant exposure to retail and/or manufacturing supply chain operations

Proven expertise in designing BI solutions within modern data lakehouse platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS)

Experience working with global teams, particularly in Asia (Taiwan) and Europe
