TOOLBX is building a construction materials platform that enables lumber & building material dealers to transact digitally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to enhance and optimize our product, ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with TOOLBX's overall business objectives
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to define and prioritize features and enhancements
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Focus on creating an intuitive and seamless user experience for both customers and suppliers
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve workflows and resolve pain points
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions
Monitor and analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to drive continuous improvement
Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholder partners
Collaborate with third-party vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
7+ years of proven product management experience, with a strong preference for experience in an entrepreneurial/start up role
Deep understanding of AI technologies, vertical SaaS, payment systems and eCommerce industry trends
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and a proven ability to deliver results
