Responsibilities

Hands-on assembly or repair of electric motors including redlining engineering drawings and created build records
Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes in concert with design engineers
Assist editing and implementing technical documentation
Develop your expertise concerning electro-mechanical assembly of fully electric propulsion systems
Respect and foster a culture of safety, including working safely around high voltage

Required

Minimum 2 years experience in electrical device assembly and testing and/or manufacturing environment
Experience soldering and board-level rework
Experience with component staking and application of conformal coating
Familiar with electrostatic discharge best practices (ESD)
Experience referencing technical documentation
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to pivot and rapidly develop solutions to changing goals
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills
Passion for sustainability

Preferred

Technical knowledge of electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 800 VDC
