Responsibilities
Candidate Experience: The Sales Manager will be responsible to lead, motivate and help the Sales Teams hit their goals, while promoting a vibrant and positive work environment
Coaching and Development: The Sales Manager will actively be responsible to coach and develop the sales skills of Sales Representatives of various levels of experience
Processes and Systems: The Sales Manager will provide the Teams with processes and systems that are effective and efficient. The Sales Manager will proactively look for ways for Sales Representatives to save time, use technology, and produce scalable and repeatable ways to win
Ensure that Sales Teams hit their monthly revenue quota
Produce monthly individual coaching plans based on data and skill evaluation
Track development of each rep and celebrate progress
Produce training materials that contribute to reps’ success
Analyze the monthly performance of each team and recommend ways to improve
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years of Inside Sales Team Management, preferably in a SaaS organization
Proven track record of leading Sales Teams to quota
Proficiency with SalesForce, Excel, ChatGPT
Proficiency in creating coaching plans based on both activity data and rep skills
Proactive mindset to analyze team performance and suggest proper course of actions
Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
