Review and interpret CDO indenture documents to extract relevant compliance requirements
Build and execute compliance tests using CDO Suite
Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues or breaches
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate modeling and reporting
Maintain documentation and support both audit and regulatory inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience working with CDO Suite for compliance modeling
Strong understanding of structured finance and CDO indenture language
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Experience with Solvas or similar structured credit platforms
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
