Responsibilities

Oversees program resources to achieve cost, performance and quality objectives of the company and customer(s) for several large, complex, multi-account, global programs

Acts as a subject matter expert providing project management methodology consulting to business unit personnel

Merges multiple schedules and milestones

Develops detailed budgets for multiple projects and/or programs by line of services

Establishes dependencies and priorities

Develops critical path(s)

Monitors and reports program budget(s) and service levels to program baseline

Identifies deficiencies and reviews root cause to assign corrective action

Collects and determines impact of regulations and customer contract(s)

Educates stakeholders and ensure compliance

Keeps team to requirements through team meetings and other communications

Works with stakeholders to review and audit deliverables to verify compliance with approved requirements

Works with program teams to report/document results and correct deficiencies
