They are seeking a PPC/SEM Manager to manage and execute SEM and PPC campaigns, optimize the website for lead generation, and collaborate with the content team to enhance marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Coordinates Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with search and web advertising services to target key demographics, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Implements advertising strategies utilizing YouTube and Reddit
Optimizes Driving Academy website landing page to increase lead conversion
Facilitates SEO and SEM initiatives by assisting in website optimization, blog content creation, link building, and conversion optimization
Verifies all marketing content adheres to branding guidelines, key demographic preferences, and SEM guidelines
Collaborates with content team to create scripts and organic video content
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft and Google suite, including Excel and Google Sheets
Detailed knowledge of principles of SEM, PPC, SEO, and other key marketing practices
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Digital Marketing tools
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Possesses high degree of creativity
Capacity for monitoring and developing multiple concurrent projects
Possesses organization skills
Associate's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields required
At least 4 years of experience hands-on managing PPC or SEM campaigns and strategy required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields preferred
Asana or other project management software experience preferred
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
