Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing Sales Team in our Packaging segment by coaching, hiring, mentoring, and actually developing people
Know your numbers and your people, develop real relationships with your team and key customers
Be the bridge between strategy and execution, align closely with marketing, operations, and vendor partners to drive high-impact results
Use your short attention span to your advantage by staying agile, juggle priorities, and never lose sight of the details that really move the needle
Master our sales tech stack (ERP, CRM, Reporting Tools) and teach your team to do the same
Build strong pipelines, eliminate bottlenecks, and bring relentless follow-up to every opportunity
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals while also managing a productive personal sales territory
Natural team builder who fosters collaboration, encourages open communication, and knows how to navigate and resolve conflict when it arises
Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a sharp eye for coaching, developing, and motivating others to perform
Strong communication and presentation skills: you can influence, persuade, and connect with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptionally organized and tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage data, tools, and systems to drive performance
Willingness and ability to travel within your assigned territory to connect with team members, customers, and partners
Bachelor's Degree, MBA strongly preferred

Experience leading regional or national sales teams
A passion for leadership development and building future leaders
A network in the packaging, janitorial, or distribution space
A proven track record of delivering consistent sales and margin growth
