InternMarshall University School of Pharmacy is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics. The role involves developing bioinformatics workflows for NGS data analysis, supporting projects and collaborations, and preparing technical reports and presentations.

Responsibilities
Develop bioinformatics workflow to meet the needs of NGS data analysis including quality control, analysis and report generation following specific timelines
Support for internal projects and external collaborations
Create reports and prepare technical presentations
Write manuscripts and communications for conference presentations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Computer Sciences, or related area
Experience working with real world genomic data, preferably in a research environment
Strong background in bioinformatics tools, R, linux, and/or AI/machine learning
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Familiar working in cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of scRNA-seq/Spatial transcriptomics/AI/machine learning is highly beneficial
