They are seeking a Transportation Roadway Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in roadway and transportation design while contributing to real projects alongside industry experts.

Responsibilities
Assist with the design of local roadways, highways, multi-use paths, and traffic control systems
Support development of roadway, signing, pavement marking, and traffic signal plans
Help prepare calculations, estimates, and design reports
Conduct site visits with senior engineers to support the design process
Learn and apply roadway modeling tools such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (transportation focus is a plus)
Strong interest in roadway and transportation design
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Preferred
Exposure to MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D is helpful but not required
Availability to travel periodically (up to 15%) is a plus
