They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive growth and expand the user base, playing a crucial role in the sales process by building a pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline channels
Engage with prospects through email, social media, and other communication platforms
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and detailed information
Collaborate with the sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in lead generation
Excellent communication in English (C1+), both written and verbal
Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential leads
Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects
Persistent and tenacious in pursuing leads
Resilient and able to handle stress effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Warrior mindset, fighting until the end to achieve goals
Ability to work 5 days a week, from 2 pm to 10 pm CET
