Providing exceptional guest service
Responsible for overall Guest satisfaction
Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
Responsible to meet all Health Department and Alcohol regulations and maintain standards
Follow all department polices on pouring and serving alcohol
Assist team members if needed
Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
Qualification
Required
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
Must be able to lift 45 lbs
Excellent customer service skills
Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
Must be able to attain a Non-Gaming Card
Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
Valid Health Card
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
Ability to bend, twist and climb ladder and work at heights of above eight (8) feet
The ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach and type without assistance from others
Preferred
2 to 3 years of bartending experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume tavern
