Responsibilities
Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, focusing on holistic patient outcomes
Guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness
Adapt health strategies to accommodate the aging process
Perform thorough exams and evaluations to diagnose and monitor health concerns
Utilize your expertise to prescribe medications effectively and safely
Lead healthcare initiatives and manage patient care with autonomy
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in nursing
Board-certified in Arizona as an RN or Nurse Practitioner, with current DEA and ANCC certifications
Proficient in electronic medical records
Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
Must have a recent TB test with negative results and Hep B vaccination
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently
Preferred
1-3 years of relevant experience
