New Grad, Entry LevelVSP Vision Care is seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist to join Opticare Vision Centers in the Cincinnati suburbs. The role involves providing comprehensive optometric care, utilizing advanced technology for accurate diagnoses, and promoting healthy vision through patient counseling and education.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse group of patients
Utilize advanced technology, such as a fundus camera, OCT, and topography, along with several exam lanes, to deliver accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans
Fit and evaluate various contact lens modalities
Maintain detailed electronic health records
Ensure professional communication with patients
Promote healthy vision through patient counseling
Foster a culture of education among staff
Supervise the design, fitting, and dispensing of ophthalmic materials
Provide coverage for emergency calls when necessary
Qualification
Required
Optometry license in the state of Ohio
Graduation from an accredited school
Preferred
Primary care
