Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arkansas or Compact State
1 of the following
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Nursing
Demonstrated performance of 100% at the previous level and score within documented RN II/III levels via ACHieve career ladder for internal employees
Nursing - 1 year of experience
Certification specific to patient population
