Qualification
Required
2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets
Strong interpersonal skills
High degree of maturity
Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility
Ability to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment
Strong academic credentials
Strong writing skills
Well-versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactions
