Directs and manages the care of designated operative patients and performs an ongoing patient assessment
Creates and maintains a safe environment, and implements and enforces all policies and procedures
Handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure
Develops a plan of preoperative nursing care based on patient assessment including physical, psycho social, cultural, growth, and development dimensions
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse State of NY
AHA BLS - Basic Life Support Certificate
ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification
2 years of Experience required
