Responsibilities

Write compelling copy for new products, approximately 52 items daily, utilizing the Nordstrom brand and voice style guide

Grow product page content areas to meet evolving needs of customers and merchants to maximize sales and enhance customer experience

Develop an ever-evolving understanding of apparel fabrication, content, fit and other technical product details

Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and terminology

Attend meetings as a subject matter expert for Copy

Strong research abilities, ability to independently review, understand and apply complex style guidelines that evolve and change

Attention to detail, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when measured for grammar/typo quality

Ability to translate vendor-provided selling benefits through the Nordstrom voice and style into compelling selling copy that helps drive sales conversion on our site, utilizing SEO terms as appropriate

Maintain live product pages, make adjustments and corrections quickly and efficiently
