Responsibilities
Work with clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development
Take on significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Draft and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to real estate transactions
Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial, recreational, and residential real estate matters
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development
Strong academic background
Superior drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to take on significant project responsibility
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Desire and initiative to 'take ownership' over work and career
Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar
