They are actively recruiting for an Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in Cedar Falls, Iowa, focusing on patient-centered services and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities
Outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at one central location
Clinic hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM no nights or weekends
Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
Shared 1:7 call triaged through MyNurse and phone call only
Average 18-22 patients per day
Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
Access and manage acute and chronic conditions
Screen all patients for health maintenance needs, physicals, disease prevention, immunizations, birth control, and educate patients in health promotion
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
