Ibotta is seeking a Product Analytics Intern to join their innovative team and contribute to their mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The intern will develop reports, conduct analyses, support A/B testing, and assist in building data models to improve team efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker to track key metrics and performance trends for your product area

Conduct analyses on product features, user flows, and funnels to help identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations

Support the design and analysis of A/B tests by helping to define success criteria, analyze results with statistical integrity, and share learnings

Partner with Product Managers to help size opportunities and inform the product roadmap through data-driven insights

Assist in building and refining data models in our analytics stack (SQL, Python, Databricks) to improve the team's efficiency and enable self-service analytics

Required

Juniors working towards a bachelor's degree with a focus in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

Proven ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish

Good written and verbal communication skills

Hunger to learn and collaborate with your teammates

Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis, gained through coursework or personal projects

Familiarity with a programming language for data analysis, such as Python or R

Solid understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing (e.g., A/B testing), through coursework

An interest in learning modern data stack technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Looker)

Candidates must live in the United States

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
