RemotelyHR is hiring on behalf of French Florist, a company known for its quality and creativity in floral design. They are seeking a creative and experienced Lead Floral Designer who will design arrangements, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Design and create stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions

Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers in their floral selections

Oversee scheduling, hiring, and training of designers, drivers, and future team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Manage floral inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and fresh

Foster a positive team culture and ensure a high level of service and creativity

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in floral design with a strong understanding of styles, mechanics, and trends

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Passion for flowers, design, and creating memorable customer experiences

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs (flower buckets, boxes, supplies)

Frequent use of hands and arms for cutting, arranging, and wrapping flowers

Comfortable working in a cooler environment and handling water-based materials

Preferred

Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
