Responsibilities
Contribute to the success of multidisciplinary teams working across a wide range of projects (including federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial)
Design projects that span across multiple markets and geographies
Be an independent self-starter and move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Plumbing experience in a MEP environment
Proficiency in Revit/BIM
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
Preferred
EIT or PE is a plus
Managerial skills and ability to mentor younger team members is a plus
Use and understanding of the Unified Facility Criteria and implementation of the criteria into Federal and Department of Defense/State projects is a plus
Development of detailed specifications in either CSI or SpecsIntact formatting/software is a plus
Domestic water, storm, sanitary, and venting system design is a plus
Construction cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis is a plus
