Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and execute value-add and opportunistic acquisitions
Support ground-up development projects and distressed credit investments
Work across asset classes, including seniors housing, multifamily/build-to-rent, and skilled nursing facilities
Collaborate with senior leadership and play a critical role in deal execution

Qualification

Required

A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in commercial real estate or healthcare investing, lending, investment banking, or investment sales
Bachelor's degree in related field required

Preferred

MBA preferred
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a true passion for real estate investing
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in acquisitions, real estate, or related fields is a plus
