Responsibilities

Take a fair share of call, as assigned, with other faculty on nights, weekends, and holidays for the general cardiology service
Provide an outline of current research interests, scholarly activities and history of successful research funding
Teach medical students and residents in the clinical setting as well as through assigned lectures during the course of the year
Participate and serve on institutional committees as assigned based on division needs and areas of expertise and interest

Qualification

Licensed MD/DOActive DEA licenseBoard Certified in CardiologyResearch experienceTeaching skills

Required

Licensed MD/DO and eligible for state of Oregon licensure
Active DEA license with prescriptive privileges
Board Certified or Board eligible in Cardiology or related specialty

Preferred

Prior experience practicing in an academic health facility
Individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences are highly encouraged to apply
