KBR, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Integration Engineer to support intelligence-gathering missions by integrating mission capabilities into a holistic architecture. The role involves providing systems engineering services, working closely with team leads and program managers, and integrating new systems to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Providing Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) and Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) services with a focus on integration and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure

Working with the team leads, program managers, and acquisition professionals to validate an acquisition strategy and its ability to support a technically feasible outcome that meets the customer's needs

Integrating new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations

Understanding system-to-system interfaces and function as an Integrator

Assisting in preparation of presentations and reports

Utilize mission specific and commercial applications for Agile software integration activities including Confluence, Kanban, JIRA, etc

Required

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

A technical degree: 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 5 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD

Intelligence Community experience with the National Reconnaissance Office or Mission Partners

Experience integrating the architectures of multiple intelligence systems

Experience identifying user/enterprise requirements, gap identification and analysis

Experience creating brief packages for technical requirements, implementation plans, risks, and success criteria

Strong project management skills

The ability to quickly/concisely brief project status to senior leadership

Familiarity with cloud-based product offerings/specifications and be able to offer solutions

Experience with software frameworks, Agile software development process (i.e SAFE) and deliveries of new capabilities

Experience utilizing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
