The role involves developing signage layouts, creating production-ready artwork, and coordinating with vendors to enhance navigation, safety, and brand presence.

Responsibilities
Develop signage layouts for wayfinding, identification, safety and environmental graphics in alignment with brand and accessibility standards
Create production ready artwork files and specifications for both in house and external vendors
Localize templates to for specific sites and team messaging
Assist in site surveys, measurements, and coordination for signage installation, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed
Coordinate with vendors with procurement of signage and material specifications
Apply brand guidelines consistently across graphics and signage types and adapt designs for various formats and materials
Maintain file library, project records and version control for design assets
Qualification
Required
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in signage, large format printing, environmental graphics and wayfinding
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)
Understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation methods
Strong layout and typography skills with attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with ADA guidelines and safety signage standards is a plus
