Responsibilities

Build, manage, and scale affiliate and creator programs
Define strategy and grow these channels into meaningful drivers of customer acquisition and brand advocacy
Design and execute global affiliate and creator campaigns
Optimize performance and nurture relationships with creators and influencers across markets

Required

Have experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing
Are passionate about creators and understand how to build authentic, mutually beneficial partnerships
Are an exceptional communicator & copywriter
Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset
Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations
Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside
Can balance strategy and execution, comfortable building a program from the ground up while rolling up your sleeves to get things done
Are comfortable leveraging AI automations to optimize workflows, freeing up time for high-impact strategic and creative work
