Responsibilities

Lead executive searches (CFO, CTO, CRO, VP Broadband Services): position specs, scorecards, sourcing, assessment, references, offer design, and close

Run multiple concurrent searches across exec + technical ladders with weekly SLAs

Build direct-sourcing engines: competitor mapping, targeted outreach, referrals, schools/workforce partners

Partner with leadership on compensation/equity ranges and closing strategy; maintain confidentiality

Operate the funnel in human resource management system with crisp analytics and dashboards

Be a key resource on the Stimulus HR team supporting the onboarding of key staff in new and existing markets
