Responsibilities

Support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients
Win the confidence of every pet parent by delivering an outstanding client experience
Utilizing skills including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, physical examinations and patient assessment, laboratory work, pharmacy, patient recovery, and compassionate care for hospitalized patients

Required

CVT, RVT, LVT credentials
Previous Emergency or Specialty experience
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on client care
Strong written and oral communication skills
Familiar with common disease processes
Strong medical math skills (Including being able to calculate fluid rate, common CRI's and multimodal drug infusion)
Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care
Administer medications, and treatments prescribed by a veterinarian
Venipuncture
Catheter placement
Radiology
Anesthesia monitoring
Physical examinations and patient assessment
Laboratory work
Pharmacy
Patient recovery
Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
