Responsibilities
Lead Innovation: Develop cocktail programs, curate back bars, and design menus that set the tone for NYC nightlife
Train & Inspire: Build, mentor, and motivate bar teams with world-class beverage education and service standards
Optimize Operations: Oversee SOPs, inventory, POS & Bevager systems, labor efficiency, and cost controls
Elevate Experience: Audit service weekly, ensuring every pour and every touchpoint delivers an authentically rewarding guest experience
Represent the Brand: Manage beverage-focused press inquiries, partnerships, and marketing activations to grow Golden Age’s profile
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of beverage management experience in high-volume, design-forward nightlife or hospitality venues
Ability to develop a signature cocktail and break down a P&L
Strong in mentorship and presence
Holding certifications such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol
Keen awareness of NYC's compliance standards
Strong palate, detail-oriented, and comfortable in service alongside the team
