They are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for patients with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on assessment results
Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to patients to address behavioral challenges
Collect and analyze data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
Master's Degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Pass Level 2 Background Check
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus*
Medicaid Credentialed is a plus*
